She walked us through all of our options giving us thorough explanations, was very responsive to all of our questions/concerns, and kept us informed leading up to and throughout our entire vacation. Michelle was fantastic at coordinating our cruise for 23 people for my girlfriend's birthday! She even left us a bottle of champagne as a thankyou! We were able to have dinner all together each night!
